2. What information is processed?

When using the guest Wi-Fi, certain general technical information is automatically collected for technical and security reasons.

These include, in particular (this list is not exhaustive):

  • IP address and MAC address of the end device
  • Time and Duration of the Connection
  • Access Point Location
  • Technical Device and Network Information

This processing is carried out in accordance with our overriding interests in ensuring IT security, preventing abuse and fraud, and maintaining the functionality of our systems.

3. To whom is your data disclosed?

As a general rule, your personal data is processed only by authorized employees of A.Vogel AG.

We work with external contractors in connection with the provision and operation of our Wi-Fi infrastructure. Our contractors are bound by contract.

4. How long will your data be stored?

Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Connection and log data collected while using the guest Wi-Fi are stored for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted.

5. What rights do you have?

You have the right to access your personal data stored by us and information regarding its processing, as well as the right to have it corrected, deleted, or its processing restricted. In addition, you may object to the processing, withdraw any consent you have given, and request the disclosure or transfer of your data.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Should changes to this privacy policy become necessary due to changes in legal requirements or technical circumstances, the most current version shall apply.
