Product details
Herbal medicine made from fresh flowering shoot tips of St John’s wort. For low mood, lack of motivation, emotional imbalance, mood swings, feelings of tension, nervous restlessness and associated sleep disturbances.
Adults:
At the start of treatment, take 1 tablet three times a day with meals and a little liquid.
The preparation should be taken for at least 14 days until it takes effect.
After 2 weeks, take 1 tablet twice a day.
A course of treatment lasting 4–6 weeks is recommended.
Longer-term use should only take place under medical supervision.
