The raffle organiser is Verlag A.Vogel AG, Alte Haslenstrasse 5, CH-9053 Teufen AR.
Conditions of participation
All natural persons over the age of 18 with a residential address in Switzerland can take part in the raffle. Participants who are minors must have the consent of their legal guardians. The existence of such consent may be verified by the organiser. By participating in the raffle, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation.
No entry fee or purchase is required to enter the raffle.
The draw ends on 31.12.2023, midnight. The winners will be informed personally at the beginning of 2024. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the raffle. The legal process is excluded.
Information on the main prize
The main prize includes 3 x 2 nights for 2 people at Hotel Heiden, Heiden (Switzerland).
The organisation is carried out exclusively by A.Vogel. Travel to and from the hotel is arranged independently; travel costs will be covered by A.Vogel after prior arrangement.
The raffle price includes a tour of the A.Vogel facilities in Roggwil TG and Teufen AR, including a medicinal plant show garden.
A possible extension of the stay can be made in direct consultation with A.Vogel and Hotel Heiden.
